they don't offer medical cannabis at this clinic. I suffer from PTSD and all they want to do is keep shoving pills down our throats. time for a change Utah! I had to get a new doctor that actually understands the endocannabinoid system. you're hurting patients and missing out on science that truly heals. RecommendedMy family doc for years and dr Beckstead is amazing
the doctor was a Quack. asking me what I do to feel better about my asthma and says that a nebulizer treatment which is better than my inhaler would be pointless to use. I wont be going back again what an upside down place where I patient who doesnt know what to do medically gets "what has helped before? well go do that" I almost forgot. I have seen a couple of different doctors at this clinic. Each of them have taken their time with me listening to my concerns, and given me the proper treatment. The staff have always been friendly and professional.
I've been to Bountiful Clinic twice and both times was extremely disappointed. I had a problem at the Red Cross who told me to go to Instacare. Bountiful Clinic told me to go home, rest and drink fluids. When I relayed that to the Red Cross, they said, they didn't do anything? No prescriptions or tests? Nope. Red Cross told me to go to the Emergency Room who gave me two bags of saline/fluids, pain medication and ran blood tests. I have gone to Dr. Vandermerwe for years and have met with Dr. Robinson. They are great doctors in family practice and dermatology. The reason for a 1 star review is because three times now I have paid off what is owed to them and continued to get charged. Each time going to collections and getting harassed by collections. After fighting it each time now I have actually been told (months later) that I had actually overpaid and that they owe me. Dr. Shakib is a wonderful pediatrician
Awful experience. The information we received from Drs Zumbrennen and Kasteler was not true, I had to pay out of pocket for a specialist to correct them. The manager Linda RARELY returns calls, even after leaving multiple messages. When I tried to address this with the "Patient Advocate" team, I was dismissed multiple times. I will be moving all my care from IHC to another facility. They also have a fancy new building with rolling barn doors on each exam room.
