After our poor, and expensive service from Bouldin's HVAC service that wasn't completed, a very nice & knowledgeable serviceman named Sean was dispatched from Mansfield Heating & Cooling to reconnect the electric furnace. The company was very gracious to grandfather in the follow-up repair at no cost. Thank you Mansfield, and especially Sean for a job well done.

Back in October, our HVAC unit of 31 years began having issues. The team came out and added refrigerant, but they let us know that due to the age of the unit, it was likely only a matter of time before more problems occurred. After considering our options, we decided to replace the system in February. The installation went well overall.
