I received so much new information. I'd like to have a pen and paper to write it down or for it to be given to me in written form at the end of the visit i.e., the complete name of the toothpaste to be used, continue or stop PreviDent; Biotene toothpaste or gel; WaterPik used daily or every other day. I called back to the office twice to clarify and am still unsure of a few items.

Hi, My care was very good and I will continue with this practice but feel that there were two time management issues that effected my schedule. For my originally scheduled appointment the hygienist was running late so my appointment had to be rescheduled. When I came back for the appointment the hygienist started right on time but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for Dr. Cole to come take to do her exam and to review my case with me.

Dr Horrocks and all his team were excellent. I cannot imagine better.
