There is an extremely long wait time until I can get the work done. It took 1 month to get the evaluation appointment--then 2 more months until the procedure. This is the most important thing to me.
I felt comfortable with everybody I met.
Everyone is welcoming and warm . There are definitely good vibes in your office !
This was a bit of an emergency for me. One of my teeth suddenlly became very sore and I was afraid it was about to fall out! Shawna (? The lady who answered the phone at 7:45) was so helpful and was able to get me in to see Dr. Horrocks before the first patient. Dr. Horrocks and team gave me a lot of time inspite of not having a real appointment and I am very grateful. Thanks to everyone, especially Shawna.

My financial options are probably dependent on my insurance....so I wouldn't expect to know that until later
You are all Awesome! Thank you for helping me to recover from trauma of malpractice by a previous dentist. Dr. Cole and her entire staff are truly Excellent and I would recommend this office 100%.
Just one thing, my spelling of Francis has an i not an e. I go by Terry to make it even more confusing.
The dental assistant was heavy-handed and used the sonic cleaning device like a drill which caused me substantial discomfort. She was personable and nice as she was applying the discomfort. Since I have a regular cleaning person I enjoy, I will be using her in the future.
