This company and their other properties(Domain 3201) suck you dry of all your money. Now I have to pay over $200 to have my car gotten out of the tow yard as they have a contract with A&B towing to tow my vehicle without my notification or the permission of the Apartment Office staff. They do not care about the residents or current events that affects many of the residents.

If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. STEER CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have ever known who has lived here, myself included, has been scammed. Here I am 8 months out of my lease, I REPEAT 8 MONTHS, since I have lived at this complex and I am sent an e-mail stating that I owe nearly $600. NEVER RENT FROM Avenue5 Residental!!!!! We moved into this complex – Apartments on the Green located in SLC, Utah in August of 2018. When we did the apartment tour, they only had the model available to look at and it was absolutely not an option to see the unit we were moving into because there were current residents occupying it but was assured that by the move in date provided it would be newly remodeled to look identical to the model we were viewing. Received a bill when I moved out for the carpet. Paid in full but they still sent it to collections and was being threatened by the collection agency to give them my debit card info or it would be put on to my credit report. I don't k know why these people think it's just ok to give my information to other people when they were paid in full. Had to make multiple calls to get it taken care of. While living here a lot of the stuff didn't make sense they wanted 400 for a pet deposit but your apartment came with free pet roaches... read more
This company some how came into ownership of my rental property while living there in the summer of 2018. Although we were told we had paid any last due payments for rent, water, or other services rendered through this company, 6 months later we got a letter in the mail saying we still owed $200. I then got a call from Kevin P*****, and he told me it was for "a community water bill" which I had never heard of in my entire stay at the complex. This is the worst experience I have ever had applying for an apartment. I live in Arizona and am moving to California end of June. Explained exactly what I wanted and was told it was available. Seems some temp employee made a mistake. Don't apply here if you live out of state as it is a big waste of time.
September of 2018, a water leak began from my ac and the fan in my bathroom, maintenance came by to fix AC leak and look at the leak in the bathroom, several days go by with more leaking from drip drip to Waterfall coming from my fan and my light fixture, then maintenance tells me that they will tell my upstairs neighbor not to use their toilet right before they moved out....
