We love Dr Bortell! We started with Dr Herrin, probably 15 years ago. When he retired we stayed with Dr Bortell! He is amazing. He has helped us through 4 pet losses, all with kindness and compassion!
Bortell Animal Hospital is the best of the best! We have been taking our cats there for 25 years. (Dr. Herrin owned it before Dr. Bortell took over--and Dr. Herrin was wonderful, too!) We have been going to Dr Bortell Animal Hospital for 8 yrs. Our family has had nothing but Awesome Experience with Him and his Wonderful Staff!! We had 2 Pugs, Renny and Riley. Now we have 1 due to Diabetes which took Renny's precious soul in March of 2015. Riley has also had diabetes for over a year Now. We have had a great experience with Dr. Bortell and his staff over the past five years, since we adopted two kittens from the shelter. Our cats continue to be happy and healthy, thanks to the personalized attention we've received. Highly recommend Bortell Animal Hospital!
