I have reviewed Bortell Animal Hospital, and my star rating remains the same, although I wish I could rate them higher. Two weeks ago our family was faced with the toughest decision, how best to help our dying boy. The staff met us with nothing but caring and respect, and I'll be forever grateful for that.
