Knowing that one of the vets has a breed of dog that I own and cherish as well gives me the extra comfort that they will do anything to help me if or when a crisis occurs!!! Price’s are very very reasonable as well!

Our Daisy had terrible skin allergies - she was itching constantly, losing fur, and continuously being treated with steroids and antibiotics. Bortell Animal Hospital is great. I love the entire staff ...they are very friendly and caring. Just recently we had a scare with our little fur baby, Lexie (she's a little over a year old). Dr. Bortell was great! He took time to answer all of our questions while giving us a feeling of comfort and compassion. We have been going to Dr. Bortell for 14 years since our dog was a puppy. Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl and Dr. Bortell and his staff were so comforting and caring which made the process much easier.
When i noticed yesterday that my dog was very sick and i found a very nasty lump on his leg i called bortell. Even though it was 3pm they squeezed him in since he was so sick. Thank you for being very kind and professional with my dog!! He is a challenge, even more so when hes sick!! Thank you for caring abd being there for us
