We have loved Dr. Bortell for years but this is simply world class. Our dog had a seizure last month and we had to go to the emergency vet. He did not make it. We received a personal call with condolences from Dr. Bortell the following day and now THIS amazing contribution in his memory. We are so touched. Thank you!!!
The staff and doctors are very accommodating. They have taken great care of our dogs for many years and some of them have had significant medical issues. Dr. Bortell and Dr. Heiden have treated my dog with Chinese herbal medicines which have been very effective. This practice also offers chiropractic and acupuncture. We would never go anywhere else. The staff is loving and caring and honest about costs.
Awesome experience, from check in to check out! I will be taking all my pets here from now on!
