I when with 45 friends to celebrate a Bday and spend some time and money there and we had a really bad experience, we bought 45 tickets for a show at the Event Center for saturday night after party with doors opening @11:00pm, we was there and after more than 30 min waiting they do Not let us in to the party, without explanation, we ask for a manager who never came, then we deceided to go to the Box office and ask for our money back and after paying $12.50 for each ticket they were triying to refound us only $10.00 por perso... read more

I go to the Borgata as often as I can. Their staff are always friendly and always handle any issue you would ever have immediately. They have always treated me like a queen. Can't wait to fly out tomorrow! Miss you Borgata
Love the borgota the water Club is awsome always friendly staff at front check in at wager club! They also always have great giveaways now that we figured how to get into the borgota it's golden the food in the black label is awsome always so good lov we the hot tubs security at the entrance to the elevators slots pay back a little better then others love it there my favorite place to stay for sure

Beautiful hotel. The only weird thing is the placement of the outdoor pool. So far away from the rooms and with a view of the parking garages ��
It just seems to be the most welcoming hotel, a welcoming entrance, lobby, art, and then the check in counter people.... They've gotta be some of the nicest, helpful people who treat me with attention and honest attempts to get some part of my stay comped. The elevators, never waited. The shops, I have stories, but just say that all their people are attentive, the restaurants, bars, top notch. It makes ya feel great and comfortable to be there. Last, the rooms, room service, bathrooms, hallways, clean and impressive.
