We love it here at the Borgata. When we get off the elevator we always say "We're Home."
Hotel review: if you visiting #atlanticcity you need to stay at the #Borgata because it's the best hotel down here. The room is on point, bathroom is on point, beds nice and the body wash smells like cinnamon mint for real. The view is crazy, staff is nice and the view from the window is crazy nice. They gave me a robe, well just for the night :). You need to stay here when you come visit, just sign up for membership and enjoy the benefits- Free room on Fridays in the Water Tower. That's my review - enjoy the robe pic lol
This place is horrible! In room dining was terrible... Ive ordered on a few separate occasions thinking it was maybe just what I ordered. Then it dawned on me they purposely falsely advertise the selections.. Just lie.. And then makr the food terrible so that you go downstairs and gamble all night instead! And the staff... The "executives".. Are snobby, rude, and incapable of communicating amongst each other to address and solve problems. Where did they pluck these people up from? Nobody knows what they're doing. Very disappointed - be warned!!! Purposefully choice the Water Club for use of the outdoor pool. When we arrive early on a beautiful sunny day and we were informed we couldn't gain admission to the Water Club pool till 4 pm on day of check in.
Great people, great food, great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!
