had such an excellent time with two of my favorite nieces!!! Gotta do it again sometime!!!
Always have a great time and the services are always great and the buffet is the bomb. Only complaint is give me some of my money I lost. Had so much fun on this trip my husbands birthday stayed for 2 days.
One of the best meals I have ever had and service...nearly as good as Murano on Celebrity Eclipse..

I just called to see if I can check in at 3 instead of 4 so I can pump before a work event that starts at 4. I was passed around and put on hold for 48 minutes until I spoke with a manager. I was told by one employee to pump in the bathroom when I arrive. IM LIVID!!!!! Another employee (Keesha)told me it's ok for them to tell me to pump in the restroom since I won't be actually in a stall. Everything is always top notch but today at breakfast my brother wanted a little more gravy and it turned into an up charge and "the perfect amount is already on it Sir!" Then we get a manager that was very unwilling to just get us some more Gravy!!! Hello!!! It's GRAVY!?!? Drinks comp., rooms comp. , food comps , comedy tickets on and on but that gravy incident though!!! (Ps the man denied the gravy owns a very large family restaurant !!)
My husband and I came down here to Atlantic City for or anniversary and had reservations at another place and it was a dive. We came here and the staff was really friendly and got us a room immediately. We thank you for the great hospitality. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. And will be back. Thank you!!!!
