Great service good vibes...........................................
Had a very nice time there overnight. My only complaint is Thursday there was no one to help us receive a new card. Our old one was outdated and we gambled and I wasn't able to receive credit or free slot money. Otherwise the metropolitan oyster house was exceptional and all the workers we came across were very nice . We will be back. Water Club is best by far.
We were there to celebrate my mother in laws 85 birthday. Good buffet and better card tables, won 700 dollars.
They charged my card 💳 $$ that they should not have done and wouldn't give back to me. So now I have to wait for it all to come back. I canceled all my future reservations because they didn't care about anything I had to say. Shame on them.
I give 5 stars to the hotel, casino & pool. But 1 star to the restaurant "Matrapoloitan" the worse ever restaurant and service - guys for the high end hotel you must hire better waiters with better service. Sorry but I will never go back to eat there
Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous spa and pool, Bobby Flays is insanely good. Can't wait to come back!!
Waaaaaaay tooooooo Smokey....they need a better filter system in there... if ur a former smoker or a non-smoker like me i wouldn't go back unless it was addressed
