Good service. Very clean room. Security is great. Ample parking space .

People sleeping at slot machines. No drink service what so ever when playing at slot machines. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Not a exciting or friendly atmosphere! When you ask for management you get nothing! I would leave a zero star but that is not an option. Will never be back here ever again!
Stay Away! This place is going downhill fast. Drink service at the slot machines was non existent. People sleeping at the slot machines. Staff is rude and unhelpful. The B bar security was extremely rude and would not allow my husband in to buy a drink because he was carrying a small backpack. Tried to contact the manager there and got hung up on. Very rude and unfriendly staff. Customer service is completely lacking. Will not be back. Liked it better before MGM got involved. Better customer service and bartenders at Harrahs.
