Always love it here and enjoying our stay as I write this! We come here seasonally every November and enjoy that its a beautiful hotel and you don't even have to go off premises. Cozy!
I did not care for the amount of smoke on the casino floor but everything else from the buffet for the spa treatments were amazing

Awful service. Borgata has rewards cards with multiple tiers to help them categorize your importance to them. I'm a "Platinum" MLife Rewards card holder - This is the highest card you can earn without an invitation. You get designated lines at the buffet, at checkin, a discount at the shops, etc. I gamble big money to earn these top level cards, if you do also, I suggest you seek out another property that will reward you better for your play. Our 2 night stay was perfect. We dined at the Old Homestead which was top notch. We saw the comedy show which was great and gambled at the slots and roulette tables. Last night we got back to our room and were delighted to see wine and cheese delivered , an anniversary gift from our daughter. We can't wait to come back in a few weeks because the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome
