Bought a car. Tried starting it up at home (the salesman started it on test drive and when we took it home) the key wouldn't turn. We called the salesman and he said to mash the key into the ignition. The key's already bent. Bad sale. Salesman hid the flaw.
bought a 2002 oldsmobile and it was a great car until I took it home. The key wouln't turn in the ignition and it got worse and worse through out the week. I had to walk home from work after midnight because this car woudn't work. The sales person (who will remain nameless for now) started the car for the test drive and when I took it home. I got the car I wanted, for a price that fits my budget. I couldn't be happier! The staff was more than pleasant through the whole process, our salesman was Tyler Grove and he had us in and out quickly and was awesome to work with. Thanks Borcherding Buick GMC! I will return!
