My husband and I purchased a new 2016 Encore our Salesman Taylor Sutton was most helpful and patient with us as we determined which vehicle we like the most. Pulling out serval so we could test drive them and see what would be best for us. After taking care of all the paper work with Biff who was very helpful. Taylor went over the vehicle With us and set up my cell phone for me and I really appreciated all his help with the navigation also. I would Definitely recommend Borcherding Buick and Taylor.

The people at Borcherding GMC are friendly; however, there is a significant lack of capability in their service department. Our GMC Acadia is nearly 1.5 yrs old but has required no less than 10 service appointments, mostly due to reoccurring issues that the service department was unable to resolve. The typical response continues to be, "oh yes, we are sorry... We'll give you a loaner and fix your car.". Over the past month, I have had loaner cars more than I have had my own car! Chris Clever and Steve Camp were so helpful and understanding in my situation! My 2013 Terrain was totalled in an accident, and my insurance company was still getting the details completed. I was in a time crunch, because I had to go out of town to help get my mother's house ready for market (she passed away a year ago), and I only had a couple of days before I had to leave.
