The girl serving today refused to try and scan my boost vibe card because it didnt work the first time. She was very abrupt and rude
didn't get my drink because i nearly missed my train waiting for it , had to tell the workers to have the drink for themselves even though i paid for it because i was waiting for basically 30 mins. understaffed and very slow for a very busy location
I come here everyday in my lunch break, the workers are absolutely lovely and my drinks always taste delicious and are prepared so quickly! But I am absolutely appalled at what these young girls have to put up with here! Without fail every time I come here I witness at least one customer be extremely rude to these young girls, have absolutely no manners and treat the girls like they are less than human.
