Kind and quick service
Poor service, unprofessional
Was served by a girl with long hair yesterday afternoon. I asked for a drink with no ice and she said that will be $0.80 cents exta! I was like what for? Since I’m just saying not to put ice. She rudely said Oh we need to put more ingredients! And I ended up with an icey drink. It is absolute BS to charge for no ice! Not recommending this Boost to anybody at all!
When I ordered drinks, I couldn’t catch what the staff said and asked them to repeat it. However, they responded in a very quiet voice, and I had to ask multiple times. After taking my order, they started talking about me while I was still there, laughing, and I could hear everything. This kind of behavior is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I hope to see improvements in how customers are treated.
