If I could give the Boone Hospital ER a minus 10or more I would. Went there last night with someone in beyond excruciating pain from having tooth pulled. Got there at 7:30 pm and 6 hrs later after waiting in waiting room for 5hrs with a cheap ice pack that lasted maybe 20 minutes and I had to ask for another...and then being put in a room for an hour with no one helping basically we got up and went to MU Emergency Room. I wish to thank all of the nurses and techs on the ICU and 4 south for their professionalism, good humor and caring. I just had a quadruple bypass surgery and the staff and doctors took very good care of me. The only negative is the cafeteria.
