As far as hospitals go this is the best I have seen when visiting loved ones. My babies were both here this year. My wife had to have an emergency C section and the babies are spending time on to "NICU". Wow what an incredible experience! The staff is super understanding and very informative. They take plenty of time explaining what's happening and what to expect. They are courteous and exhibit a tremendous degree of professionalism. I submitted my insurance card prior to treatment to make sure it was covered and the hospital failed to inform me that it would be out of network after my asking if I was covered. After 3 months of continued treatment I recived a very expensive bill in the mail. For three months I was not informed once that the treatments where not covered.

This is my second stay with Boone and I would go no were else. Everyone from the ER and Med. Specialties floor, X-Ray, CAT Scan, Food service & Transportation was caring and courteous. Things were clean and smelled nice. The nursing staff was awesome great with answering questions and getting with Dr. If I needed something. The nurse techs were great and very helpful. There were nursing students doing clinical the staff seemed very good training them and helping them learn.

I loved my experience at the Boone Family Birthplace. All of the staff including the dining staff were very attentive and kind. The nurses were top notch and treated my family with great care and compassion. Additionally, Boone's lactation consultant is a miracle worker and made time to help me and my little one get things figured out even after I had left the hospital.

Very pleased with all of the staff. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Nurses are attentive. My doctor and surgeon both made time to check on my progress. My physical therapist were positive and encouraging. They really work their patients! Facility is very clean. Meals were tasty which you don't always see in hospitals.
