Signed in to the ER at 9:30pm bleeding, light headed, dizzy, sick to my stomach. They took me into the check in thing. Were aware I was bleeding. Sent me back out into the waiting room where I've been ever since. Needless to say we will NEVER choose Boone ER again.

Worst choice ever! My 16 year old daughter was taken by ambulance yesterday afternoon. There was one doctor. She screamed and cried for hours for someone to help. Her pain was bad enough they were giving her pain meds in her IV. After no update and being there over 3.5 hours and at this point we still had not seen a DR so there was no plan. I called for the house supevisor. A nurse shows up with another person to basically belittle us for calling. And to remind me that there were other more important patients ahead of us.
