My mother has spent the last week stressing because you people scheduled a triple bypass. Yet apparently someone decided she could not handle it and you people failed to tell the patient. The failure in communication has caused undue stress, a trip from over an hour away, and lost time at work. Then to make it worse after telling her to go home, you call her back and tell her to turn around and come back to do the procedure of placing stints. What has happened to the ER Department.... ??? Has it always been like this or is help experienced help hard to find ? This was like stepping back into time... it wan not clean, bare minimum staff, dim lighting, waiting area was very uncomfortable for one that had chills, nausea, heart palpitations and a fever of 101.5 ... waited 5 hours to be taken care of (which I can understand a little while) - we were there for 7 hrs..
