Took in CX9 for service. Cassandra explained each step that needed to be done on 15,000 mile service and cost involved, no surprises. She also continued giving me updates during the entire process. They have a very nice waiting area with drinks and snacks available. Cassandra and the service dept. get an A+ from me. My experience with Boniface-Hiers is when you buy an automobile, you become like part of their family. In my family we have a Dodge Charger, a CX9 and a CX5, all from Boniface-Hiers Mazda.
