Cassandra did a great job as my service provider. However, I was very disappointed on how the dealership was managing COVID. Many of the employees did not wear masks or only wore masks over mouth, leaving nose fully exposed. The receptionist had her mask off or below nose most of the time. She did this while stocking the coffee bar and while handling the cups. Several unmasked employees walked right by me in lobby to get coffee. It was a real sigh of disrespect for customer health!
Boniface Hires Mazda did an excellent job with the advice my Service Advisor Cassandra gave me and working with my Extended Warrany Company with the replacement of my Display Panel in my Mazda CX-5. Cassandra had to address the issues and replacement with Warranty Company so I only had to pay the $50 dollar deposit. I was very satisfied with the New Display Panel and software updates !!!
I don't have a Mazda, but I take my Toyota to their service department because they always do a great job. they have always been honest about their work. the service department is very friendly I usually deal with Cassandra. she is very knowledgeable about the work being done on the vehicle, and doesn't need a mechanic to explain repairs. plus the warranty forever program is pretty awesome. I live in Cape Canaveral, but I usually make the drive because it's worth it to have a service department you can trust.

Wonderful experience! Ian Swan was an excellent salesman and made sure I got the best deal! Ian went above and beyond taking extra time to show me all the extras on my new 2020 Mazda CX30.
