She answered all of my questions and ensured the whole process went smoothly (which is more than I could say for other places I’ve been to). Even the wait for my oil change was pleasant and relaxing. Beware of this dealership service department. Item missing from vehicle during service appointment. Service Manager claims that dealership is not responsible for theft of patrons belongings by dealerships employees while vehicle is under dealerships care.

This dealership took advantage of my mother in law!! She had already been to 2 places to diagnose why lights are on the dashboard and had parts replaced before going to Mazda. They proceeded to tell her NOTHING new, not fix the problem, billed her $626.48 and would only take off $15 when they did NOTHING to fix it.

I have had horrible experiences in the past with buying/leasing cars so I wasn’t excited about being in the market for a new one lol. Our sales guy Mike was absolutely fantastic! As was everyone else we encountered during our visit! Mike knew exactly what type I wanted and where I was comfortable budget wise, and he made it happen! Im obsessed with this car already and I can’t express how happy I am😍😍🙏🏼 Thanks again!
