Matt McGuire was an excellent sales rep. He helped coordinate a test drive for two miatas and even worked late. He was very courteous and not pushy or aggressive. His approach to customer service was refreshing. I would highly recommend Matt.
Went to Boniface mazda today, and after they told me to come in because they were going to work with me which was a total lie . Then they gave me a higher then Internet price on the vehicle I was looking at. I am an army veteran with two tours of duty and all I ask is to be treated fair. But I guess I didn't fit the stereotypical customer that comes through the door . Just wanted to share my experience hope and help somebody
I had purchased a used vehicle from another Mazda dealership and was on vacation when my car would not start. I recently lost my husband and it was not a good day. David in the service department was so very kind and assured me that he would take care of it quickly. He lived up to what he said and I truly appreciate his kindness, and making sure that I did not have to wait long. He made my upside down day turn around. Good service with a smile! My Mazda 5 was serviced in a timely manner and returned clean and washed.
Service tech's were great. I felt having a problem with automatic window on drivers side front twice in a few months was not acceptable. Almost $300.00 for a motor , then a few months almost $300.00 for a new switch.

Very smooth experience, even while construction was ongoing.. My May visit was nice. 60,000 miles check! In and out in less than 2 hours!
