I had a great experience with Boniface Hiers Mazda! The sales people are super nice and reasonable. And I love my new CX-5!
Took Mazda 5 in for brake work, spent over $1000 in repairs, asked to check the front end noise. Was told they could not hear the noise. Brought the car in for a air bag warning light, asked to check the front end noise. Was told it was the struts, issue with Mazda 5. It was under warranty when the brake service occurred, but now it is out of warranty and we want to charge you $1400. Nice way to screw over a customer.
I had to get my speaker replaced and Becky in the service department was beyond amazing! She helped me every step of the way and was so kind and professional. I will definitely be back for my oil changes because of the amazing customer service I received!

Had the best experience when dropped off for a recall service. Everyone was very friendly, and I was in and out of there in no time with my loaner car. When I arrived back, I was surprised to see my car cleaned in and out! They really go above and beyond here! Keep up the good service !
