Worst. Experience. Ever. Your dealership should be ashamed especially after Irma. I will be going to Dyer Mazda in Vero Beach. I hope others go there as well instead of getting ripped off here. Make sure you thank your salesman, Smith. He really knew how to talk down to a woman.
I have to say I am impressed at how this dealership is run. Many cars and many dealerships I have dealt with in the past I really wasn't looking forward to trading in our car but we really needed something bigger. Rob Reese and Victoria were outstanding to deal with. When its time to trade in my other car I wil definitely go back!
From pulling onto the lot and being greeted with a friendly wave, to the point we left we were treated like family...amazing experience! Our salesperson was Michael Durkin...if you stop in, ask to see him😀
