I’ve now visited twice for labral repair / FAI surgery. One side in June and the other side yesterday. Both times were excellent experiences. The facility is very efficient, very clean and most importantly the staff are amazing. I was quite nervous both times and the nurses and aides put me right at ease, and were very attentive both pre and post op. They also called the next day both times to check on me and answer any questions I had. I could not recommend this place more!
Just to leave a note to express experience at Bone and Joint. Everyone was attentive, curtious, , helpful and my me feel that I was in good hands. All ladies agentleman and doctors are awsomm - God Bless all!
Do not have surgery here. They care more about profit then their patients and their family. Husband had surgery there 2 days ago and we will never be back. Worse outpatient surgery experience ever. Have had many out patient surgeries and procedures. I've worked in the OR, so I know how things should be done. Walked in. Sign states surgeon will only call person with patient after surgery is done. Post-op nurse will call person with patient to meet them at discharge door. Awful facility and was treated very poorly by both pre surgical and post surgical staff. I've never been rushed out the door so fast after a procedure in my life. I woke up to two nurses with their hands under my blankets putting my undies and clothes on me while I was still in first recovery. So bad. Pre surgery I was yelled at by the nurse because I asked for my IV to go in my elbow instead of my hand. I was like "is that okay?" She scoffed, said "No. No it's NOT. After recently having my second knee replacement surgery from Dr. Knapp, i would like to thank the WHOLE STAFF for being very professional. I've had two good experiences with them. And not to take anything away from anyone there, i want to give a shout out to Dana who made the pre surgery prep actually fun. She's a hoot. I had her on the first one as well and she does a great job at making people at ease. Thank you all again. Great job Dr. Knapp and Jonathan Hirsch.
