My husband had hip surgery there. Wonderful place, wonderful employees! Top notch!! Highly Recommend!
I recommend avoiding this surgery center if possible due to my pre-op experiences. During pre-op, I was not given any medication for pain/nausea until I could prove I was not pregnant. I came with my wife, but they would not allow me to sign any kind of consent form testifying there was no chance of pregnancy. I was informed that my procedure would be canceled in the event of pregnancy, with no option to discuss alternative treatments or risks vs benefits. My pre-op nurse was also extremely rude. I was so impressed with the prompt and friendly Staff. From checking in to preparation for surgery everyone was kind and professional. I felt listened to and cared for. I only trust my orthopedic surgery needs with Dr Farjo.
Just had a complete hip replacement, by Dr. Caid. The facility and staff were very nice. The whole process was great from start to finish. Everyone had a positive attitude and seemed to genuinely care about their patients. McKenna (tech) was my initial contact person. She was a wonderful young lady. Did a great job. Michelle was my RN. She was awesome! Jim was my physical therapist. He was great. He had me up and walking right away. He explained the things to do with my after care.
