I had a very satisfactory first time visit. at the Bone and Joint Institute ,yesterday. I was so very pleased to hear Dr.McNamara say that they did all that could be done before they talked about surgery, which is a last resort. Since I was anxious about surgery, I was happy when I left . It is a beautiful new facility, with all the new equipment. Very friendly staff.
A friend of ours is an RN at the hospital here in Franklin. She had rave reviews about Dr. Derr. I was happy to get into see him. My experiences with him have been top notch. Could not ask for more. Good bedside manner, spends time with you, seems genuinely engaged. Considering the appearance of the building, the attitude of the people who work there I would rate this a 10 out of 10.
Thank you Dr Klekamp and staff for your thoroughness, kindness and concern. Your attention to detail and answers to every question was very comforting!
