physicians demeanor and how he presents his opinion. the wait time was very long and was informed after waiting 2 hours that I was seeing wrong physician. physician exhibited the attitude that he didn't want to deal with my situation. I wasted a total of 3 hours of my day at this office only to be told you have to come back to see a different doctor

Had my first visit with Dr. Stark and cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had. The BJI’s new facility is beautiful, a one stop shop for all of your needs! Now that I have a treatment plan for my knees, I’m anxious for my follow up appointment!

This was my first time to the facility, everyone was friendly and the volunteer at the entrance was a great help with the wheelchair. Dr. Derr answered my questions. Beautiful facility
