RecommendedI had an amazing experience👍I didn’t have an appointment walked in told them I was having intense pain thinking I had bursitis. Fortunately they had a Dr that would be available to see me in 2 hours! Dr. Fiechtl confirmed the bursitis after a X-Ray and few observations with my right hip! RecommendedI’ve had multiple surgeries, numerous doctor appointments and tons of therapy at Bone & Joint Institute. I refer everyone possible to these amazing people. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff. And since I’ve had so many surgeries, the staff now know me on a personal level. Everyone recognizes me, says hi, jokes around and have become friends. I won’t go anywhere else!
RecommendedEveryone was so informative and accommodating. I felt as though they were especially concerned about me and how my problem would affect my future. Since I did not go to this appointment expecting to schedule surgery I needed a minute to think about my calendar and I was met with the most accommodating and patient person who allowed me the time I needed. I feel as though I will be taken care of which is comforting.
RecommendedI would recommend Dr Paul Thomas & the Bone & Joint Institute to anyone. Dr. Thomas is amazing. Not only is he a wonderful & knowledgeable surgeon, but he has a calming bedside manner. He talks “with” his patients not “at” them.
