My experience with Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee was as exceptional one. From the State of the Art facility, to Easy access parking, and being greeted in the lobby with warm personalities who were helpful with directions. Once in my desired area, the person signing me in was very nice and helpful. The waiting area was clean, with lots of sun light and nice views from all the windows. They evaluated and took the time to clearly explain my condition. Answered all my questions about the procedure and post-op recovery. Gave me hope for correcting a condition that has caused me a great deal of pain for over 5 years. Very professional office.
The ease of making the appointment & pre-registration was amazing. Everyone there was helpful & friendly. Dr. Perkinson went over the x-rays and explained everything in terms I could understand. He also explained my options in the same manner.
Dr.Watson explained everything so well and everything he was gonna do during surgery...he has good bed side matter and very friendly
very friendly staff. excellent experience and very fashionable attire. lol
