I recommend the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee. I've been a patient of Dr Geoffrey Watson and I must say the kind and courteous staff there are the 1st plus. Whenever I arrive for and appointment, I never have to wait long and everyone is just really nice. I had surgery on my Achilles tendon and from the first visit, Dr Watson walked me through the entire process. Presently, I'm still in the healing process, but doing better every day. I would recommend them to anyone seeking services.
From the scheduling staff to the check out staff and everyone in between, always a caring, supportive, and "feeling heard" experience at BJI!
Everything from check in, scheduling an appointment, to seeing Dr Thomas. Everyone is top notch and concerned with your care and well being. I am thankful for dedicated people such as these! God bless you all!
I surprisingly did not have to wait too long for an appointment, and then I did not have to wait long to be taken back to a room or to see the doctor and I had a diagnosis within 15 mins. Nurses very friendly. Front office could use some improvement.

We had to treat a wrist injury for our 11 yr old. The staff were very helpful, kind. Everything is run very courteously and efficiently. Every step of treatment was thoroughly and kindly explained
