On 03.21.19, I visited the Walk-in Clinic. Every single person in the office served in a highly efficient and friendly manner. We were treated well. Since we were using the walk-in service, we fully expected to be waiting for several hours. Surprisingly, we were in and out within an hour.
I have had two surgeries performed by Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee surgeons. My experience with these surgeons, their Physician Assistants and all staff has been nothing but positive. Dr.Cory and his PA Keith are wonderful. I had my hip replaced on 3/10/2019. The Nursing staff on the 4th floor were great. Very helpful, and never felt like i was a bother. They were always polite, kind and caring. And always made sure that I was comfortable. Thank you for all of the kindness that you showed me while I was at WMC.
I was just released from WCMC today after having ruptured disc surgery. I had spoke with Dr. Klekamp but he was out town so Dr. McNamara preformed the surgery! I was in so much pain and had been for about a week. Dr. McNamara was wonderful and I was so grateful to him and Dr. Klekamp for understanding what is was going through! They have a friend for life! I can’t say enough about the nurses, techs and everyone at Williamson County Hospital! The best hospital stay and surgeons during my stay! Thank you all!!
Dr. Watson is absolutely great and I feel very confident in his care. The staff at BJI are exceptional as well. I highly highly recommend them.
