***** dropped off on a hitch not the way we sent in the photo. ********************* said it would be next week for trailer to bring to put on the driveway as requested. This request was done by Photos & speaking on the phone to confirm. **** doesnt seem to care, no one mentioned at the store or phone reservation that you buy your own locks. At least **** could have compensated the frustration by offering locks, but he didnt seem to care again. Your employees need to be train properly, your rating is 0

Wish I could give zero stars out of 100. This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. Uhaul is actively STEALING from their customers!!! They forced me to get a much larger truck than what was needed whic up tolls and gas to almost triple the original cost, in top of that Uhaul decided to overcharge my account for a ************************** a total of $275 plus taxes. Because of Uhaul my moving experience was negative and stressful. Customers should save themselves this trouble and never choose UHaul

I rented from one of the bigger Uhaul centers. Several trucks and trailers available. I was only doing ************************************************************************************ anything. When i was there I was told by a rep to leave the keys on the seat and that I was all set and would receive an email later. Well imagine my surprise when the receipt included a cleaning fee of $25. I rented a U-haul truck and bought the extra insurance just in case anything happened. The truck would not start and it was packed with my appliances including my fridge that was full of food. The service came out and could not fix it because it was a fuel pump issue. This was around 10:30 at night. They towed the truck to my new location and arrived at approximately 2:30 in the morning. U-haul is not a business that does good for the people. I feel that they did not explain things. In a way where you can understand it. I'm pretty much I feel that was ripped off. The managers didn't wanna do anything to help me. Customer service was poor.

Horrible service and very dangerous. I rented a U-haul truck for a one way trip, to pick it from one location and drop at another. I picked up a location in **** as a normal Uhaul rental station with their office. I am not from **** so I flew there. Upon landing and while at airport they texted me saying my pick up location was now different. I had to spend more money on Uber for a far location.
