I called to have my contact information removed from their database. My information was used as an "emergency contact" and I received a letter informing me of delinquency. I had to repeat myself 5 times, eventually one female and one male said they cannot find my information, but their office sent me a bill?! The unprofessional male closed the communication line. This U-Haul has provided the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul facility. They have made more mistakes that exhibit a lack of competence than any business I have ever patronized. I would not recommended anyone use this location for rental or storage services. They do not properly check in vehicles and will charge you for services you did not render with the business. My one regret is selecting this U-Haul for my moving and storage needs. Never again.

Absolutely awful service. I took a pic of the gas gauge when I picked up the vehicle and it was at 1/4 of a tank. I refilled the tank to 1/4 when dropping off and they charged me an additional $50 for 10 gallons that were NOT in the vehicle upon pick up. Moving is already stressful enough and to have this occur because of their greed is totally and completely unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this service unless you want to be screwed over.

They overcharged me like $200. I was supposed to be charged 64 got charged 238 for some cleaning fee which the truck was clean when I returned it

Was set up for a 1pm appointment and the general manager ********************* didn't want to be bothered with my schedule that they confirmed. This is a very undependable person of this business. I will never recommend this place to no one.

I wish I too could give zero stars out of 100!!! I had RSVP for the 1st time a U Pack Box RSVP ********. An out of state move from *********** to **. What a nightmare on getting my box scheduled and delivered to me in **! What a customer must go thru to get someone on the phone is a nightmare. When I arrived to pay for the shipping in ********, I was informed that I need to pay extra for home delivery. They scammed me! These criminals lied saying that the truck I returned had 3/16th tank of gas, but I filled it to 100%! When I disputed it, they said someone will call me. No one did. Today, (3 weeks later) they charged my debit without permission! $203!

Rented a uhaul oct 1 for 8 am from ******** to ******* thought costing $195+ gas and damages if any occured. They changed my pick up location and couldnt be bothered to let me know so when I showed up at my the location i thought i was suppose to be at i was sent 20 minutes down the road, i rented a uhaul that was closest to my house at the time so i would have to pay for more gas being that im going to ******* and gas is so high already.
