Like drugstore color Haircut was nothing special and the haircolor was very drying and damaging to my hair !! not to mention their hidden costs and extras. Not worth it
Client I love my cut, color, and stylist. However, I do agree, the products are too expensive. I felt like the employees pushed the products, and felt pressured to but the shampoo etc...
Impressed I was very impressed with the service I received at Bon Vivant. I had never had my hair highlighted before and went there recently, and they did a great job. I said I wanted subtle, and I got just what I asked for. And the cut they gave me was one of the best I have had in years. I will definitely go back. They are very personable and the stylist I had is a perfectionist, so she does not finish until it's right. GREAT salon!! This place is amazing. the stylists listen to your wants and needs, and they teach you how to get the desired style with awesome products. I got the best cut/color I've ever recieved! I love the fact that the employees all get along so well too.
I'm a fan! I have to tell you that I came to Bon Vivant after being greatly frustrated with the attitudes,prices and pushy product sales at an upscale salon in the Mall. (cut and color was costing me a fortune, not to mention several hours of my time). Bon Vivant has been a breath of fresh air. Adrienne is my stylist, and is superb. Bon Vivant Salon & Spa The stylist at Bon Vivant are very attentive and actually listen to my request. My hair has never looked better and I get positive feedback from people I've never met. You can also request services within your price range. There is no pressure to accept all of the services offered. Recently they have promoted specials for their clients because of the economic struggles. I if you want a fantastic hairstyle and a wonderful change, I highly recommend Bon Vivant.
A stylist's promotion doesn't mean they do a better job... I agree with the other reviewer...this place IS expensive. I'd been a client for several years, and went through several stylists. The owners, who also work as master stylists, do a wonderful job. But their fees are unbelievable. I used several of the other stylists and was, for the most part, fairly satisfied. Best Salon Experience EVER. Let me start by saying that I am fortunate enough to be related to several nationally-renown hairstylists, but they live a little too far away for me to see on a regular basis. I'll be perfectly honest...I'd never heard of Bon Vivant before overhearing their name at another salon. Let's put it this way...they were recommended to me by the woman who was in the process of cutting my hair for the color change I was hoping to get. I figured that alone owed me checking things out.
