Just had a emergency cesarean, and everyone was super supportive and awesome. So glad I choose this hospital for delivering my little lady.

Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in my visit . I understand that hospitals get busy and some people have a higher need then others .. But I was left in the waiting room for 6 HOURS , without having spoken with not ONE licensed medical professional on my reason of visiting ! I literally fell asleep and woke up to an entirely new staff .. I would NEVER recommend this center to ANYONE . The lack of communication and care for your patients is herrendous ! Had a great experience, every staff member was wonderful and made sure i was doing what i was suppose to be doing. My wife spent the night and they made sure she was comfortable as well. If i ever have to be hospitalized again, can't think of a better place.
Had to have a Nuclear Stress Test done. It couldn't have went better. I arrived 2 hours early due to transportation, and they took me immediately. Everyone in the Radiology Department was very friendly. They made sure all the procedures I had to had done was explained so that I could understand. Want to give a big thank you to them. Also would like to thank the Lab. They were friendly as well.
4 1/2 hours for them to tell you nothing is wrong but give you 2 morphine shots a pill for pain and nausea meds toi have to ask to be discharged because no one had shown up in an hour to read your discharge papers after you left and finding out there is a cyst on the liver and a few on the kidneys...smh
The quote on your cover picture is something you need to teach the people in the ER. Upon discharge from the ER you sent an assisted living resident back home in a hospital gown- they came in your ER wearing clothes, you took them off- the least you could have done is put them back on them- or told their family member that you don't help them get re-dressed- Shame on you. They needed your good help and you failed.
Had outpatient surgery yesterday the staff was wonderful!
