RecommendedThe only GREAT hospital in this area. I have had the privilege of working with these AMAZING folks years ago. I have had the privilege of these Doctors and Nurses take EXCEPTIONAL care of myself and my family for many years. I am deeply saddened by the recent news and pray that they find a way to keep the doors open to this beautiful place.
RecommendedMost of the time, yes, recommended. Me and the wife have had several procedures/surgeries here. BUT today the AC is stuck on, it's 35 degrees outside, and we are being told we need to wait till the HVAC people's regular hours. It's 5:30 am and they do not come in till 7 or 8 am. it's so bad they are bringing us blankets. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Colonial Heights Pediatrics receptionist needs to start answering the phone. They never answer the phone and the portal is a joke. I went a message their and never got a response. I'm thinking about switching doctors. They are excepting new patients but can't call the one back they have.
