my NP described me the wrong medication for my condition
Most of the time, yes, recommended. Me and the wife have had several procedures/surgeries here. BUT today the AC is stuck on, it's 35 degrees outside, and we are being told we need to wait till the HVAC people's regular hours. It's 5:30 am and they do not come in till 7 or 8 am. it's so bad they are bringing us blankets. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
Today Depaul hospital displayed gross negligence by sending my friend home who they diagnosed with sepsis which is deadly. Yet the refused to admit her. I would love to bring a lawsuit against this poor excuse of a hospital and I just might. What hospital sends home a patient with sepsis- none other than Depaul!

*RAVE*...A huge thank you to the DePaul Hospital Doctors for getting me back on track. That hospital stay saved my life. They diagnosed the acute and very dangerous low sodium situation. Then they corrected the problem that caused it in the first place. Two plus years of blood pressure meds draining me and being counterproductive. In 2 months, my kidney functions went from early stage 3 kidney disease to normal range as of yesterday. DePaul Hospital was most definitely the MVP that Oct day.
Horrible experience not only that but they violated hippa!!!!!!!!!! Who knows how many people they’ve done this to. I never even heard back about the incident either so they don’t take this seriously and as a medical professional myself this place is a JOKE.
The bedside manor of some of the staff is horrible and the nurse took my new born grandson to get checked and an hour later they brought us the wrong baby!
