The costumer service when you tried to book an appointment is THE WORST treatment I just call 2 minutos ago and I swear the girl that handled the appointments is SO RUDE
I’ve been coming here for a while because my nail tech does amazing work, but the customer service is truly the worst when it comes to booking. Luli, in particular, speaks to clients in a demanding and unnecessarily rude way, and often talks badly to them in front of other customers. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it makes the whole experience stressful. It’s a shame because the nail work itself is great, but the way customers are treated really needs to change.
Me hice una manicure en gel en este salón y lamentablemente me duró solo un día. Al día siguiente ya tenía varias uñas descascaradas. Volví para comentar lo sucedido, pero no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de garantía ni solución. Además, me cobraron más de lo indicado por retirarme la pintura, a pesar de que el trabajo claramente no duró lo que se espera de un gel manicure. Me sentí decepcionada tanto por la calidad del servicio como por la atención al cliente. No lo recomiendo
