Dropped my car off for a 9:15 routine oil change and tire rotation, was told by the advisor he would let them know I was waiting for my car even though I was leaving so it would get done quicker. At 12:15 I called and spoke with a lady, she said my advisor was busy but she would get a message to him and call me. 20 minutes later I decided to head to the dealership myself.
