I drive 45 min through 202 construction just to come here,so I like the place!I only dealt with Melissa when I dropped the car and got a call back for what needed attention. You should give them the ability to adjust prices on some things. I was told I needed 1 marker bulb. That bulb is 4 dollar retail replace bulb is 2 min job. She said approximately 60 bucks to replace a bulb. No way! I said to her you gotta do better then 58 and then tax. Nothing went well with this service. If it wasn’t for Marissa I would complain to nissan
My Altima got suddenly a tire problem. One of the tires was loosing air. I called Nissan lia in Colonie Ryan Myers from servis department was on the phone. Long story short he was very nice and helpful. My problem was solved and I was happy and thankful.
