Well, the service was excellent, but making the appointment was extremely hard and it took multiple phone calls. If I wasn’t a dedicated Nissan dealer service person I would’ve went someplace else.
When we came to pick up the car after leaving it for a weekend we noticed that the requested tire rotation had not been completed. We were told that if we wanted this service we would have to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour. This is the second time we've had a requested tire rotation not completed.

I’ve been with Nissan since 2014 I’ve a had very good relationship with this dealership. I pray that this will relationship will continue.
The dealership played a big part in getting an out of warranty defect covered by Nissan.

Once problem was detected mixed right away. It is a problem with 2021 Rogue had trouble getting the ok from Nissan to fix it. We have a full warranty
Nathan and the service team are outstanding. Not only did I get a great experience buying but NO QUESTION I'll continue to bring back my truck for service. Honest and Trusted. Who else can say that!
