Poor communication skills My experience with this dealership was not a good one. When, on the test drive, I indicated the price was more than I would be happy with, the sales person immediately tried to switch me two other vehicles even though I indicated this was the vehicle I wanted. My drivers license was not returned to me after the test drive which caused me to not be able to test drive any other cars anywhere else. It also made me have to return to that dealership.
