To summarize 6 months later we still have a partially functioning air conditioning unit and the complex (Crystal and Olivia) considers what they have done “due diligence”. I am still looking to get out of my lease and have yet to be approved. This is only the AC. Maintenance does not leave notes stating visitation every visit and I don't know if they have been in the apartment unless I call and ask personally. Thank you Boltons Landing Apartments for ignoring my in person request to please send maintenance to fix the loud noise that the heating unit was making outside my bedroom Saturday afternoon. Losing a nights sleep wasn't such a big deal and thank you again for not fixing it Sunday again not a big deal to lose another nights sleep. I just wonder what it takes to get you to do anything on the weekend. I certainly will tell all to be weary of renting an apartment here. The service is NOT acceptable.
They double charged someone I know that lives there. They are trying to charge HIM in fines because of their error of charging him twice. They won't let him pay with check anymore, for THEIR error, and if he pays with a credit card they are charging a $50 FEE! So for THEIR error he can only pay rent with a MONEYGRAM. Are we back in 1980? HORRIBLE. Corporate will also not call him back. These people are out to get your money that is all. DO NOT RENT HERE.
Awful office staff. I have been living at Bolton landing for less than a month and already have had the electrical panel break my bathroom faucet was leaking, mold inside my freezer, and I still have not received my lease agreement. I will be glad to leave , & let everyone that I know how pathetic this place is
Worst customer service in the entire Lowcountry! Very rude! We have had 7 calls in for bug problems, and we keep our apartment very clean. When a pipe busted, the emergency line conveniently wasn't working. When they came in to repaint they got paint all over my shower, and items in it, and the items in my pantry. I had a problem with paying my rent and called for help, the woman who answered, Rachel was too busy to help.
