Condescening staff. Ignorant maintenance men. No regard for human health or safety. Only one trash compactor that is routinely broken. Engage in discrimination.
Don’t move here. The location and price isn’t worth how bad it is. Disgusting place
Make sure if you make the bad choice to move here, read your lease. They will try to get you to sign a 13 month lease. Just don’t do it. They will NOT let you out of your lease early without charging you an outrageous fee. Everything here is not the way they portray it. The dumpster area is awful and I was embarrassed to let anyone know where I lived. Thank God I found something else. Stay away from this place. Please.
I have so many poor things to say I don't even care to give details. Right now the dumpster is overflowing into the street. The pool barely passes DHEC inspection and I saw a man urinating between buildings mid day on memorial day while I walked my baby girl.
Do not rent here.
Exceedingly poorly managed, the maintenance man is a pervert and the property is always messy I was considering moving to the community a few months ago and bringing new clients to rent while they build, when it looked nice, but now after visiting my friend there these last couple months things have changed. Disappointing...
The first few weeks were ok. It's temporary for us while our house is being built but in the last 3 weeks I'm killing bugs every day. Roaches are everywhere, I've killed more in the last few weeks than I've seen in the last 7 years in our house. And the pool hasn't been cleaned in months judging by the algae growth. Pool gates are locked a lot when the pool is supposed to be open. Luckily we haven't had maintenance issues, praying that continues until we can get out of there.
