RecommendedThis is an amazing community,Pricing is beyond reasonable. Every person here is friendly and caring and the same can be said about the residents. Downtown is about 20 mins away too. Awesome place to live!
I’ve lived here for 2 years. Nice, quiet community. Staff is very professional.
We have enjoyed living in this community for the past two years. Any issues that have arisen have been handled promptly. The office staff that we have encountered have been very helpful, even though the staff changes often. We have had no bug issues, noise issues or safety concerns. Than you Boltons landing.
Bolton needs more things for the children and they also need to make sure their residents with dogs poop a scoop!!!!
The humidity inside this apartment is absolutely ridiculous. We have 4 dehumidifiers running constantly. My hygrometer is reading 81%, and I have never seen it read below 70%. There is constant mildew growth not only on our walls, but on our BELONGINGS. Shoes, backpacks, hats, & blankets all have to be cleaned constantly. I’m pretty sure it’s not normal to climb into bed after a long shift into WET SHEETS. Ridiculous. No problems for me. Folks treat you like you treat them Staff is friendly and when maintenance order was submitted, it was taken care of fast
Been living here only a year and has had to put in a work order for our A/C unit 9 times since we’ve been here , it’s not really worth the amount you pay for rent , feel like there should be a accommodation especially with having a small child with all this A/C unit issues ... if you able to find something better choose that option!
most of the reviews here are accurate. Was only here 6 months while my house was being built. Dumpster was broke half the time, although a temp one was brought in. Pool was closed for quite some time, waiting on parts and chemicals etc, grills were all broke, very noisy, lots of cigarette butts in walkways, and the dog crap was ridiculous. Moved out in May and still can't get my security deposit back nor a response now from the staff. don't know who else to contact.
