If I could put negative stars, I would. The location and neighborhood are absolutely wonderful, however the management is a complete joke. We have had a broken microwave for 5 months. A broken kitchen light for 2 months. We have offered to just pick the parts up and fix/replace them ourself, but apparently an email like that doesn’t deserve a response. Absolutely one of the worst places I have lived. I’ve had multiple issues with my ac units, maintenance staff is awful and just now noticed I am being over charged for my water usage. I got a $282 APARTMENT WATER BILL USAGE. Absolutely absurd and cannot get any one in corporate to reply back quickly. Said they were coming in to check for water leaks two months ago because my $152 was very high compared to my usually usage, and heard nothing. Now all of a sudden it’s jumped again.
